There are some major causes for growing the possibility of breast cancer which are:  genetic history ( if someone in the family has breast cancer ), growing old ( in many cases, breast cancer happens to the woman at the age of 40 ), being female (mostly breast cancer affects woman ), diet can be the reason of getting breast cancer ( lack of nutritious food ), obesity can be one of the reasons of having breast cancer, alcoholics are prone to breast cancer. But we can resist this if we maintain some rules and regulations.

Many cancer researchers say that people in the morning have a lower risk of breast cancer. Women who are an early riser (gets up early in the morning ), have a lesser possibility of getting breast cancer. A huge survey recommends that women who are early risers could be a lesser danger. Women who sleep at least 6 hours, can control the breast cancer risk.

The researchers highlight some points of having breast cancer: Experts examine different types of people. They take different types of data such as people who rise early, people who sleep very late, people who have insomnia. They examine different categories of people. People who get adequate sleep, wake up early in the morning, avoids smoking, avoids alcohol, have less risk of getting breast cancer.  Depending on our sleeping time, our mood changes. As we all know that, everyone contains a body clock. The body clock has the authority to control our body in a 24-hour format. Genetic history and growing old can be the reason for breast cancer but sleeping time can be the reason for getting breast cancer also. A woman who wakes up till late at night may face this disease ( breast cancer). Researchers state their point of view with high confidence and declare that morning people have a safeguard shield against breast cancer.

For the purpose of collecting research, specialists study and examine many people’s DNA which helps to decide that whether a human is an early riser (morning category person ) or late riser (night owl category ). From the UK Biobank project, experts take the data ( around 8 years data ) to analyze the breast cancer impact on the human body. Some researchers also take data from breast cancer associations to examine their perspective on whether sleeping format contains any connection with breast cancer or not. And it is a fact that the sleeping factor affects breast cancer. Experts found that at least two people in 100-night owls get breast cancer and one in a hundred-morning category person get breast cancer. So, morning people may have a lower breast cancer risk.

Can a “ good sleep ” protect us from breast cancer?

Many researchers state that a good amount of sleep and early riser can get rid of breast cancer. But researchers are not always 100 % sure. They give their opinion after examining many cases. The body clock is a great thing. A good amount of sleep can help us to stay strong, it helps our immunity system strong also. A good amount of sleep can help us to remain strong and can protect us more or less from having breast cancer.

Are the experts always say right?

Nobody can be 100 % right. But, yes experts say their opinion after researching many facts and possibilities. Once they feel confident about their opinion, only then do they share their thoughts with the public. WHO ( World Health Organization ) states that obstruction to the human’s body clock by reason of night shift work is possibly connected with the cancer risk.

Breast cancer affects the breast tissues. It appears when breast cells started to grow rapidly and it also develops to the other section of the body.

Morning people linked to lower risk of breast cancer: People with a morning fondness have a lesser possibility of getting breast cancer in comparison to woman who works at night. Night shift work can cause breast cancer. Morning preference people face a 1% lesser risk of breast cancer. 1 % lesser of getting breast cancer states that it occurs in 10 women in 1000 women.

Bristol University Research specifies that the circadian clock helps automatically the morning person compared to the night person. Body clock can impact our body. If you have insomnia, use supplementation ( melatonin  ) before going into sleep. Use it for at least 30 minutes before going to bed.

More or less we can say that morning people have a lower risk of breast cancer risk. And evening people may have the risk of breast cancer. To avoid breast cancer risk,  we should try to sleep as fast as possible and we should wake up in the morning early. Besides these, we should avoid smoking, alcohol which can be the reason for cancer. If we follow all the rules, we can save ourselves from having breast cancer.
